Personal training techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. This is a great alternative if you are accountable to yourself and can work out on your own. You will be emailed a new customized workout routine each month and will be provided with weekly "check-ins" to see how you are doing.
It is amazing the confidence that sports and exercise gives you. Clients come with little self-esteem, and within a few short months they hold their heads up high and walk with confidence. Laura finds it very rewarding for when she can have a positive impact on what her clients say when they look in the mirror.

Laura has experience with ALL TYPES of clients. Whether you just want to lose weight, or are a professional athlete she has a solution for you! Some of her clients include contestants of the show X-Weighted as well as the one and only Hayley Wickenheiser!
Laura has over fifteen years of experience in personal training. She is an excellent motivator, who is able to help clients achieve their goals and get the most out of themselves while still maintaining a fun atmosphere. Laura has a strong focus on working with clients who have suffered injuries with the ability to help create programs that will specifically strengthen certain areas and help to avoid future injury. She welcomes everyone and her main goal is to take the intimidation out of working out.
